The Problem:
Despite intense effort and hard work, many hospitality workers and their families remain trapped in cycles of financial and life instability.
According to a hospitality employee survey conducted in 2023:
Low Wages and High Costs: Most workers spend over half their income on housing, leaving little for essentials like food and healthcare.
Exhaustion from Multiple Jobs: Long hours across multiple jobs lead to burnout, with little time left for family or personal growth.
Limited Pathways for Growth: Language barriers and minimal access to education make career advancement a distant dream.
No Financial Safety Net: An unexpected medical bill or car repair can quickly spiral into a financial crisis, forcing no-win choices.
Addressing these struggles
